Participation in Ufunded’s programs involves exposure to market‑related concepts and the possibility of financial loss in a real‑world context if similar approaches were applied outside the platform. Any examples, testimonials, or performance figures shown (written or visual) are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise, forecast, or guarantee of future performance, payouts, or success. The only real‑world payment made by a participant is the Program entry fee, which purchases access to software, simulation, and related services. Eligibility for any performance‑linked compensation, and continued access to notional “funding,” is conditional on meeting the specific Program criteria and rules set out in the User Agreement and related Program terms, and may be refused, reduced, suspended, or revoked in accordance with those terms.
